The school has the support of our Head Office and Training Centre on site as well as professional links with other established independent educational providers.  Our teachers must love teaching and really enjoy being with children to work successfully at Meredale Independent Primary School.  They must be interesting people, highly motivated and flexible team members who have a thirst for life and a good sense of humour!  We expect our teachers to go the extra mile and not confine their work to the hours the children will be with them.

 We have great plans for the future.  From day one, even though small, the school will ensure that each child will be given a complete educational package and a full range of educational subjects and activities.  Performance will be monitored, reports written and parents kept fully informed of their child’s abilities and achievements.  Small classes and teaching groups will give ample opportunity for support in areas needing such assistance.   

As numbers grow, groups will be more defined and more staff recruited.  With more staff, a wider range of after school activities and clubs will develop.  Each child will be offered a range of tailor made care packages to provide the support required by parents to cater for both educational and childcare needs.
